Description:

ZK-660Ais now china's most advanced and most efficient equipmentof producing perfect bottom-locked cardboard cartons and cover likeshoes boxes, shirt boxes, garment boxes, gift boxes, and otherboxes. The machine wrapped the box in one process. It adopts PLCprogrammable controller, photoelectric tracing system,touch-sensitive screen, achieving paper feeding, gluing, cardboardfolding, spotting, automatic arm guiding, wrapping,  and boxcoming out in one process. Main Characteristics:

1. Feida system feeding the paper piece by pieceautomatically.

2. Equipped with heat exchanging gluing system.

3. Heat sealed equipment achieves corner sticking of unwrappedbox in one process.

4. Spotter system achieves accurately registration for unwrappedbox and glued wrap paper by servomotor and vacuum suction beltconveyor, with precision error ±0.5mm.

5. Automatic picking up device is between conveyor belt andWrapper unit, which is controlled by computer.

6. Wrapper unit achieves box-feeding, side winding, roll-foldingand rolling over.

7. It adopts PLC programmable controller, photoelectric tracingsystem and touch-sensitive screen. The wrapped box is finished inone process.
