1. Suitable for all kinds of rigid boxes automatic production
2. Computer control with auto error display and malfunctiondisplay.
3. Automatic feeding cover paper and cardboard.
4.24 hours control glue pre-heating
5. Hot-melting adhesive automatic conveying, cutting and finishpasting the inner box quad stayer(four angles) of cardboard in oneprocess.
6. The vacuum suction fan under the conveyer belt can keep theglued paper from deviating.
7. The box-forming unit can automatically collect boxes and deliverthem to the forming unit. The box-forming unit can continuallydelivery boxes, wrap sides, fold ears and paper sides and form inone process.
8. The glued paper and cardboard inner box employ hydraulicpneumatic rectifying device to spot correctly. The spotting erroris 0.5mm.
9. The whole machine employs PLC, photoelectric detector system andtouch screen man-machine interface to automatically form boxes inone process.
10. It can automatically diagnose the troubles and alarmaccordingly.

C. Spotter
The glued paper and cardboard inner box employ hydraulic pneumaticrectifying device and servo device to spot correctly. The spottingerror is 0.5mm.
